When Winchester Optical opened its doors in 1958, it had one goal in mind; To help and guide people to their optimal vision. Three generations later, this still holds true. We have grown from a one room retail optical shop to a full service opticianry practice including industry leading contact lens to a full scope optometric practice providing optometry and opticianry service to the fullest of our abilities. With these transformations we still maintain our patient focused care and employee focused work environment.

To continue this growth while maintaining our roots and values we need more wonderful people to work with.

If you have experience working at any level of optometry, ophthalmology, patient care or customer service in another industry and you are looking for a new customer centric environment, we may be a fit for your next career position.

Specifically, if you are an optometrist or licensed optician looking for an independently minded practice to grow and work within then we’d love to hear from you and learn more about your future goals.
